After Auctane bought ShipStation and turned it into a $195/month surprise, and Etsy cut Pirate Ship with 5 days' notice, we realized the market had a gap the size of 30 million sellers.
The problem we're solving
eCommerce shipping software is either too expensive (ShipStation), too limited (Pirate Ship), or too complicated (EasyPost). The market needed a third option — one that has Pirate Ship's simplicity, ShipStation's integrations, and neither company's pricing games.
In October 2024, Etsy terminated the Pirate Ship integration with less than a week's notice. 5 million sellers were left without a functioning shipping workflow. They posted 10,000+ times on Reddit asking for exactly what LogixVast is building.

Human support is a moat, not a cost center. Our 2-hour SLA is a structural advantage that Auctane and Pitney Bowes cannot replicate at their scale. We will protect it.
