We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, business name), information about your shipments (addresses, package details, tracking numbers), carrier account credentials you choose to connect, and usage data to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the LogixVast shipping platform, process shipments and label purchases, provide customer support, send service notifications and product updates (you may opt out of marketing emails at any time), and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) to process shipments
• Marketplace platforms (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify) to sync orders and tracking
• Payment processors to handle subscription billing
• Service providers who help operate our platform under strict data agreements
• Law enforcement when required by law

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), access controls, and regular security audits. Carrier credentials are encrypted using a hardware security module. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by emailing privacy@logixvast.com. You may export your shipment history in CSV format. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (aggregated, anonymized) to understand platform usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

Shipment records are retained for 7 years to support insurance claims and disputes. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request earlier deletion.
