Co-Founder / CTO
We're looking for a technical co-founder who understands carrier APIs, marketplace webhooks, and building resilient shipping infrastructure. This isn't a "head of engineering" role — this is a founding team seat.
- 3+ years experience with shipping carrier APIs (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL)
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Familiar with marketplace APIs (Etsy, Amazon SP-API, Shopify, TikTok)
- Comfortable owning the full technical stack and roadmap
Head of Growth
Own the top of funnel. We have an enormous SEO opportunity (the "pirate ship alternative" search has 40K+ monthly searches), a Reddit community actively asking for us, and zero paid acquisition budget — yet. Come build the machine.
- Experience with eCommerce seller communities (Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon)
- Content/SEO background — can write and rank articles
- Product-led growth instincts
- Familiar with affiliate/partner channel development
Shipping Operations Specialist
You've shipped things. You know what a Zone 7 Priority Mail label looks like, why DIM weight matters, and what BYOCA means. You'll handle tier-2 support and write the internal playbooks that make tier-1 possible.
- Personal experience as an eCommerce seller (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify)
- Working knowledge of USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping services
- Clear writer — can document complex processes simply
- Patience for edge cases
