Set up LogixVast in 10 minutes.
This guide walks you through connecting your channels, adding carriers, and shipping your first order. Most sellers are fully operational within 10–15 minutes of signing up.
- A LogixVast account (sign up free)
- Access to your marketplace seller accounts (for OAuth authorization)
- Your carrier account numbers if you have FedEx/UPS/DHL accounts (optional but recommended)
Create your account
Sign up at logixvast.com/signup. Choose your plan (30-day free trial on all plans, no credit card required). You'll land in your dashboard immediately — no verification email gate.
Connect your selling channels
Go to Settings → Integrations. Click the marketplace you sell on. Each connection uses OAuth — you'll be redirected to authorize, then redirected back. Your pending orders appear within 60 seconds.
- Shopify (1-click)
- Amazon (SP-API / Buy Shipping)
- TikTok Shop
- Walmart Marketplace
- Etsy (coming Q3 2026)
Add your carrier accounts
Go to Settings → Carriers. USPS Commercial Plus rates are pre-connected. To add your own FedEx, UPS, or DHL account (BYOCA): click the carrier, enter your account number, save. Your negotiated rates are live immediately. No extra charge.
Ship your first order
Your order queue shows all pending orders from all connected channels. Click any order. The rate comparison shows USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL side-by-side with price and transit time. Click the rate you want, confirm the package dimensions, print. Tracking submits to the originating marketplace automatically.
Set up automation rules (optional)
Go to Settings → Automation. Build if/then rules for carrier selection, packaging presets, insurance triggers, and notification rules. Most sellers set up 2–3 rules in their first week that cover 80% of their shipments automatically.
Enable returns portal (optional)
Go to Settings → Returns. Customize your returns page (logo, brand colors, return window policy). Once enabled, you can send customers a returns link from any shipment detail page. They self-serve the return label — you get notified when it ships back.
