Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a LogixVast account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using LogixVast on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Services
LogixVast provides a multi-carrier shipping platform including order management, rate shopping, label generation, tracking, insurance claim management, and marketplace integrations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All prices are published on the Pricing page before purchase. We do not add surcharges after signup that are not displayed during checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use LogixVast to ship prohibited items under carrier terms, to circumvent carrier rate agreements, to engage in fraudulent insurance claims, or to violate any applicable law or marketplace policy.
5. Service Levels
We target 99.9% uptime. Our published support SLAs (2-hour response on Starter, 1-hour on Professional, 30-minute on Enterprise) apply during business days. Insurance claim SLAs (72-hour resolution) are best-effort targets backed by our carrier agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
LogixVast is a software platform, not a carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage beyond what is covered by the insurance product you purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid in the 90 days prior to the claim.
